The area designated for aluminium production is 16,600 sqm.
The activities of this division consists of:

• Machining of aluminium profiles
• Assembly of aluminium stick and unitized curtain walls, doors and windows
• Manufacturing of aluminium/steel panels
• Steel fabrications

The factory is equipped with the latest and most advanced European technology.
Three Emmegi CNC centres are installed and used for the cutting and machining of the aluminium profiles.
Special robotic equipment is connected to one CNC centre for the automatic production of window frames.
This allow a better efficiency and higher quality standard. It is also flexible to accomodate the fabrication and assembly of different systems and brands.
Two manual assembly lines are installed and the area can accommodate a further 6 lines as and when required.
These lines allow for the assembly of window frames and unitized curtain wall panels. But at the same time the components of the lines are flexible and can be turned to allow the use in as separate manual tables in the event that either the size or the complexity of the project requires.
The assembly line is also equipped with the latest technology in terms of silicone pumps.
Fully skilled, experienced sta are employed to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained in production.
