We are very glad to announce the award to supply windows for 1024 villas in Jizzan development. This award followed the visit the client paid to our factory in U.A.E. where the Client expressed his deep satisfaction about CLADTECH’s facility and the professional approach towards this fast track project.

The window mock-up sample being presented to the Client gave such an outstanding impression to the client that CLADTECH was privelaged to obtained a verbal approval from the Client at the spot which was followed by the official written approval after delivering the sample to the clients office in Riyadh.

The project will be delivered with the help of CLADTECH’s Window Robot – a fully automatic device unique to the GCC – with the capacity to produce 600(!) finished window frames per day. This industrial approach was highly appreciated by the Client as it guarantees a consitant quality as it requires only to deploy 2(!) machine operators to the window robot thus reducing the impact of manual work to a minimum and eliminating quality issues arising from manual work at all.

Cladtech is proud to announce being able to employ ARUP -the world renown engineering and consultancy firm- as a independent third party quality control body to wittness the testing and processing of the natural stone for Tamkeen Tower.

CLADTECH – for the first time in the GCC – is introducing the methode of incorporating natural stone into the panels of a fully unitized cladding.

This unique approach will help to enable CLADTECH to actually install the complete envelope of a 45+ level high rise building in less than 12 weeks.
