	New Managerial Members Cladtech is still on its way in continuing strengthen the company’s organization. For the month of March 2010, four has been added to the team. Mr. Nicola Paro, Ivano Benolli, Douglas Gibbs and Bulent Aydin. Mr. Nicola Paro(Plant Manager-Aluminium Division) - is coming from a well known Aluminium company in UAE from similar position and has about eight years of experiences working with M/s. Permasteelisa S.p.A (Italy) and Permasteelisa Group, he is a degree holder in industrial planning and automation, with total of 15 years of extensive experiences in Aluminium industry at factory and project site management. He will be responsible for Aluminium Production in our factory, and will be directly reporting to the General Manager. Mr. Ivano Benolli (Project Manager) - is a very experienced professional from Aluminium/Curtain walls industry, coming from similar position from a well known Aluminium company in UAE, having more than 21 years of extensive experiences in Project Management, handled more than 30 big projects in Europe, Australia, USA and Middle East, at present he will be in charge of our Elite Residence Project Team, and will directly reports to the Business Operational Director. Mr. Douglas Gibbs (Contracts Manager) - is a very experiences professional from similar industry, and holding a university educational degree with more than 15 years extensive experiences with industrial contractual dealing. He will be responsible for Cladtech International LLC contracts related matters and, will be directly reporting to General Manager. Mr. Bulent Aydin (Chief Financial Officer) - came from similar position at Corus ME. Corus, one of the largest steel operators in the world, have 6 regional office in the Middle East and a annual turnover of around $ 500 mill. Mr. Bulent have a strong track record from reputed companies such as Lafarge Gypsum, Corus Turkey and Tarsa group.

	Strengthen Cladtech Organization Following the Strengthening strategy of its team , CLADTECH International LLC is continuing the ambitious recruitment program aimed at creating a motivated , passionate and knowledgeable team in CLADTECH International LLC organization . Within the current month of January 2010 Mr. George Said Haddad Joined M/S. CLADTECH International LLC, as an Operation Director – Glass Division to complete the Glass division Team. Mr. George Haddad is a very experience management executive, having vast professional experiences in middle-east, a well known person in our related industries, and coming from similar position from one of the Glass Company in UAE. He will be responsible for Glass Division, along with other managers, and will be directly reporting to President/CEO of Cladtech International LLC.

15/09/2009	5th. September 2009 , Elite Residence façade works are officially awarded to Cladtech International LLC .
	Elite Residence is a 91 story residential tower developed by Tameer Holding Investment , rising 380 M in Dubai Marina featuring about 700 flats , once completed in 2011 Elite residence will become one of the world tallest residential towers , this new land mark development features a postmodern design by Eng. Adnan Saffarini with an unusual mixture of Victorian architecture finished in a futuristic layout , the tower is being constructed by ACC. The façade consists mainly of a unitized curtain wall system developed by Cladtech International L.L.C. and composite cladding along with some stick system , doors & windows.

Lately, we hired two experienced individual as Operation Manager- Glass Division and Sales Representative. Ms. Sundus Wandi has overall 24 years of extensive experience in professional career, where she has been working in Glass and Aluminium industries in UAE since November 2001, and she has worked on various positions in Glass industries, and coming from similar position. She is holding a bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline, with very impressive professional track records, she will be responsible for Glass Division, production and operational activities, and will be directly reporting to President/CEO of CLADTECH International LLC. Mr. Bashar has overall 8 years of extensive experience in his professional career, he have been working in KSA in similar industries, holding diploma in professional discipline with good practical experiences in KSA market, he will be working in Riyadh (KSA) office, and will be directly reporting to Mr. Bater Biyouk. 	Cladtech International, company 100% owned by al Rajhi Investment Group announces Management change with the appointment of the new President, Mr. Henrik H Christiansen. Mr. Christiansen, CEO & President of the sister company UNIPODS, company who provides innovative off-site construction solutions for the GCC construction industry has assumed the presidency of Cladtech International with effect from 1st June 2009. Cladtech International specializes in customized glass finishing, aluminium powder coating, design and production of curtain wall systems. The state of the art facility, based in Ras Al Khaimah, covers a 90.000 sqm area and has the latest European machineries and technology as well as a strong team of skilled people. Mr. Henrik Christiansen’s strong leadership skills will contribute to strengthening the team and ensure that Cladtech will become the leading company in all GCC countries.
